Two projects have so far been put in place by the Society with the assistance of international partner organisations:

The Organic Conversion Programme, designed to obtain Organic Certification for the coffee producers in the project area

UK Community Fund Project (REMA) aimed at strengthening the organisational, production and commercial capacity of the Society.
